In his speech, the Director (Mr. Armandes Wimal) stated that "PT. Musashi Auto Parts Indonesia as a hope to motivate us all to continue to provide the best and In shaa Allah MAPIN can become a World Class Manufacturing and the current condition of the company is not good, there are at least 3 (three) indicators, namely our market share which continues to decrease, low productivity due to lots of machine problems so we have to overtime on weekends which increases productivity costs even higher in order to guarantee delivery to customers. , and also a work climate that is not conducive, stock of 7 working days makes inventory costs high where all these problems become our challenges in the future that this company is our rice field and let's cultivate and fertilize it together"
